Warranty & Return Policy

Please read carefully our after-sales service policy.( The products have to be purchased from ipartsexpert.com.)

1. From the day the product is sold, any malfunction should be covered with three months replacement, a one-year maintenance.

2. We will charge for maintenance fees even during the warranty period if:

① damages are incurred due to misuses violating instructions or vandalism; impairments are incurred due to user’s mending, conversion and removal of the parts;

③ damages are caused due to false keeping and poor maintenance going against the instruction;

④ there is incomplete information, for example, the tearing, damages or alteration of fragile stickers and date stickers;

⑤ problems and malfunctions caused by other extraordinary factors(mainly the electricity supply part and the quality of the battery);

⑥ damages and impairments caused by force majeure, such as fire, earthquakes, lightning strokes and draughts, etc.

3. Regarding to product replacements, we allow customers to exchange in the case that:

① the product is purchased within three months(starting from the day it was released);

② there are no worn, scored, twisted and corroded parts on the shell;

③ the product is kept clean.

④ Notice: The product is not expected to be exchanged under the second after-sales policy.

⑤ the products have to be purchased from ipartsexpert.com.

4. The product can be sent back if:

① it is purchased within three months(starting from the day it was released);

② quality problems of the product itself hinder the ordinary usage ;

③ there are no worn, scored, twisted and corroded parts on the shell;

④ Notice: The product is not expected to be sent back under the second after-sales policy.

5. You are not supposed to exchange the product after buying it over three months. Products which are bought over half of a year can not be sent back, except for special occasions, for which we charge fees for the replacements of the shells and depreciations of the their bodies.

6. Accessories like lenses, holders and power supplies are not included in the warranty policy.

7. Products which are not bought from our sites cannot be covered by our after-sales services.

8. All returns due to product quality issues will be accepted and refund will be made in 3-7 days after we receive the product. Returns and refund requests will be rejected if products are received by customers in good condition and no product quality found.

9. Remarks:

① the returning is conducted in the principle of our after-sales services and we reserve the rights to reject any returning beyond three months;

② products which are discontinued including the shells and main chip solutions and their upgrades cannot be returned but are covered with maintenance services;

③ the returning must be communicated to our sales manager beforehand.

④ Customers are responsible for return postage and Ipartsexpert responsible for postage of re-sending.

⑤ Returns must be sent with below contact information. We’re not responsible for any returns marked wrong receiver or wrong address.
